Are deposits refundable?
• All deposits are non-refundable. However, we are happy to reschedule your event for any available date within one (1) calendar year from the date of cancellation.

When will I receive my contract?
• Contracts are typically sent within one (1) week of receiving your deposit.
• Most contracts are sent out during the weekend (Friday – Sunday).
Can my significant other or relative speak on my behalf?
• No. Only the contracted individual may submit inquiries, request changes, or address concerns.
What is the turnaround time after submitting an inquiry?
• Standard response time is 24–48 hours after submission.
• Please expect delayed responses during holidays.
